Are there any job perks available to me?

Many if not most of our jobs allow for more flexible work/life schedules and varied job experiences, health benefits, and some insurance options.

How soon can I be placed into a position?

In most cases, assuming paperwork and background checks are clear, we can place people into a job almost immediately.

What does “same-day pay” mean?

Many of the temporary jobs offered by On Demand Staffing offer same-day pay. This pay structure simply means you walk away with a check for the hours you worked after your shift. Virtually all of On Demand Staffing’s automotive auction jobs, as well as many temporary construction, event cleanup, and cleaning jobs are same-day pay. Taxes are already deducted from your check. We do not pay in cash.

What if the job isn’t right for me?

If you inform us of specific skills during hiring we should be able to prevent you from ever being placed improperly.

I need special accommodations because of a prior injury. Can you help place me?

In some cases, yes. Inform us during your intake process to learn more about light duty jobs.

Can I become a full-time employee?

On Demand Staffing is a temporary labor staffing company but we do hire some individuals full-time, however, if an employer is impressed with your work and wishes to hire you, they may do so.

What type of jobs are available?

Jobs are available in a wide variety of industries, including janitorial, clerical, cleanup, driving, light industrial, and more. Our job demands are always changing.

How do I apply and what kind of paperwork do I need?

You can get started by applying online. [Link]. You’ll need to have proof of citizenship or legal status to work in the United States at your intake. This may include, but isn’t limited to, a driver’s license, state ID, birth certificate, Visa, passport, or military identification. A student ID is not a valid form of identification.

Can I be hired if I’m not a US citizen?

Yes, if you’re not a U.S. citizen, we can hire you if you’ve received work clearance through a Visa or other legal work program.
