Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, On Demand Staffing is a customer-centric total workforce solutions provider, focused on building long-term, strategic partnerships.

 

Our foundation is built on deep industry expertise and our specialized staffing delivery model, which provides our customers with the results, transparency, and confidence they need to drive productivity, labor efficiencies and continuous improvement. We help our community’s employers, big and small, overcome the obstacles of productivity, turnover, peak season shortages, and tough-to-fill positions through temporary, temporary-to-hire, direct hire staffing, and partner on-premise strategies.
