And while we’re at it, we’ll handle all the paperwork and regulatory legal work so you don’t have to. We take care of all payroll taxes, worker’s comp, unemployment insurance, prevailing wage reporting, safety training, drug testing, and background screening that needs done. We even take care of wage garnishments.

You tell us what needs done, we’ll send the people to get it done, and if anyone on-site isn’t working out, we’ll replace them as soon as possible. We guarantee we’ll meet or exceed all of your expectations.

Answers to common questions from employers like you

What kind of companies do you work with?

We work with some of the biggest names in sports, automotive, hospitality, and industrial work.

What are your support hours?

Our support office is open 5:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. weekdays and 7 a.m. – 9 a.m. Saturdays. But we can fulfill work orders 24/7. On-site offices are staffed accordingly.

What happens if an employee doesn’t show up or I’m not satisfied with their work?

In the rare instance that happens, let us know and we’ll replace them.

What paperwork is required of us?

Our standard service agreement and credit application. You can receive both by contacting us or your nearest On Demand Staffing office.

How do we deal with drug testing and background screening?

You don’t, we do. We’ll handle testing and managing the results, as well as background screening based on your work requirements.

How do we deal with taxes, wages, insurance, etc.?

Another instance where you don’t have to do anything. We’ll handle all tax withholding, wage garnishments, and reporting. Insurance is not provided.

How does the Affordable Care Act impact us?

The ACA requires health insurance only when an employee is working full-time. Since almost all of our jobs are temporary or sporadic in duration, the ACA does not apply. For temp-to-hire positions, ACA does apply when a worker is working 30+ hours a week.

Where are your offices located?

Our primary HQ is located in Indianapolis, but we have offices in over a dozen US cities. Your local office will be your primary contact for all questions, staffing, and more. Find your nearest office.
