What You Will Do

- Clean the Site: Clean up debris, sweep work areas, and keep the job site safe and organized.
- Move Materials: Load, unload, and carry building materials, tools, and supplies.
- Help the Crew: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, etc.) with daily hands-on tasks.
- Prep the Work Area: Dig trenches, fill holes, and help set up or take down scaffolding.
- Use Tools: Safely operate basic hand and power tools like shovels, drills, and saws.
What We Look For

- Transportation: Having your own car is highly preferred to ensure reliable travel to various local job sites.
- Required Gear (PPE): You must have or be willing to wear required Personal Protective Equipment, including steel-toe boots, high-visibility vests, hard hats, and safety glasses.
- Physical Strength: Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day.
- Outdoor Flexibility: Ability to work on outdoor sites in different weather conditions.
- Dependability: Strong work ethic, consistent on-time attendance, and ability to take direction well.
