Certain privacy laws define “sale” more broadly than exchanging information for money. Where applicable, you may request to opt out of processing that qualifies as a sale or targeted advertising under those laws, as explained in Section 6.
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about job opportunities, your application, assignments, schedules, and your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. You may also contact us at toni.webb@ondemandstaffing.jobs or 317-426-5724.
Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of being hired. Where required, we obtain separate consent for marketing calls or text messages.

Text messages: Reply STOP.
Account information: Log in to your dashboard to review and update your profile, or contact us to request account closure.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary account, application, or assignment communications through permitted channels. If you opt out of text messages, we may use another permitted method to communicate with you.
Depending on where you live, the information involved, and whether applicable privacy laws cover our business and processing activities, you may have the right to:
Confirm whether we process your personal information and request access to it;
Correct inaccurate personal information;
Request deletion of personal information;
Obtain a portable copy of personal information;
Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, or certain profiling; and
Appeal our decision if we deny a privacy rights request.
These rights are subject to applicable exceptions and limitations. They do not necessarily apply to all information we collect or every person who uses our services.
If the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies to our processing of your personal information, eligible Texas residents may exercise the rights provided by that law.
The Act excludes individuals acting in an employment or commercial context from its definition of a consumer. Certain information processed in connection with applying for employment, employment, or administering benefits is also exempt. As a result, the Act’s consumer privacy rights generally do not apply to applicant and employee records handled in those contexts.
These exclusions do not necessarily apply to personal information collected when you use the Site outside an employment or commercial context.
The Florida Digital Bill of Rights applies only to businesses and processing activities that meet its statutory coverage requirements. Residing in Florida does not, by itself, make all rights under that law applicable to your information.
If the law applies to our processing of your personal information, we will honor the rights it provides. The law excludes individuals acting in an employment or commercial context from its definition of a consumer.
To submit a privacy request, email toni.webb@ondemandstaffing.jobs or call 317-426-5724. Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant account or records. Do not send your Social Security number, password, or other sensitive identification information in your initial email.
We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. Where applicable law permits, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification of the agent’s authority.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may retain information when permitted or required for employment administration, payroll, taxes, legal compliance, security, resolving disputes, or other lawful purposes.
If we deny a request for which applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing toni.webb@ondemandstaffing.jobs with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will explain the outcome and provide information about further complaint options where required by law.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Regardless of whether a consumer privacy law applies, you may contact us to request assistance reviewing or correcting your applicant profile or employment information. We will handle these requests in accordance with applicable law and our recordkeeping obligations.
Closing an applicant account does not necessarily result in deletion of employment, payroll, tax, or other records we must retain.
Where required by applicable law, we recognize supported browser-based opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, as requests to opt out of the sale of personal information or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal.
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
Keep you signed in and remember your preferences;
Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it, including through Google Analytics; and
Measure and improve our job advertising, if advertising technologies are used.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Site, such as logging in, may not work properly without them.
To manage available non-essential cookie choices, visit our Opt-Out Preferences page. You may also contact us using the information in Section 14.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting access to sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers, to employees and service providers who need it.
However, no website or system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information. Please use a strong password and keep it private.
We keep personal information as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including maintaining your applicant profile to match you with future opportunities, and as required by employment, tax, and other laws.
Retention periods depend on the type of information, our relationship with you, applicable legal requirements, and any need to resolve disputes or enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous, subject to applicable backup and recordkeeping requirements.
The Site is intended for people 18 years of age and older, or the minimum legal working age in your state, if older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to delete it.
The Site may link to other websites and services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to them, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
On Demand Staffing will never ask you to pay a fee to apply or get hired, or ask for your bank or Social Security information by text message or through unofficial email addresses.
If you receive a suspicious request claiming to be from us, do not respond or share personal information. Contact us directly at toni.webb@ondemandstaffing.jobs or 317-426-5724.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last Updated” date above. If we make significant changes, we may also notify you by email or a notice on the Site. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain consent before making changes that require it.
