You’ll need to create an account first. New accounts must be approved before use. This is designed to mostly deter spam and malicious accounts.
Visit https://ondemandstaffing.jobs/staff-registration/
Create a username and password. Only accounts ending with @ondemandstaffing.jobs in the email will be approved. Click “Register” if you’re new.
Hang tight after registering. This sends an email over to HQ for review.
You’ll receive an email confirmation when you’re approved to log in.
You can start from https://ondemandstaffing.jobs/staff/ and click “Forgot your password” in the bottom right of the sidebar or go directly to https://ondemandstaffing.jobs/password-reset/.
Visit https://ondemandstaffing.jobs/staff/ and click Post a new job.
Assuming you’re logged in, you’ll be able to post a new job. Give it a title, useful location, type, category, and tags. Tags help job applicants search for and filter jobs.
Your description should include as much detail as you can provide to the applicant. More details mean fewer unqualified leads to sort.
If you’d like to include a date for the listing to expire, give it a closing date.
You can define pay as anything, such as “$12-$14/hour, paid daily”, “Variable with experience”, “Call for details”, or “$32,000 annually”
Select your nearest branch office for the position. This will help sort and filter available jobs by geography for applicants.
Click Manage and edit jobs you’ve posted above or on https://ondemandstaffing.jobs/staff/
Only jobs you’ve posted can be edited by you.
This is not currently possible. Job postings and their associated application alerts are tied to individual employee emails for security.
